8 Relay HAT Dry Contact Debounce

Are the Dry Contacts debounced on the 8 Relay HAT, or is that something that needs to be taken into account when programming?

The 8-Relay HAT is purely output card so I do not understand what are you refer when say debouncing.
Please detail your question.

My bad - too many things going on in my head...

The Building Automation Card inputs are what I really mean. For Dry Contact, are they debounced?

No problem.
Taking in account that local processor scanning rate for the dry contacts is 1kHz, you can consider this some kind of debouncing.
This is not a real debouncing but, if you need, you can add a capacitor in parallels on the contact.
